We are committed to ensuring the quality and craftsmanship of your jewelry. Our Lifetime Warranty covers any manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the life of your jewelry.
What Is Covered:
- Defects in materials or craftsmanship.
- Loose or lost stones due to manufacturing issues.
- Clasp and setting repairs related to manufacturing defects.
What Is Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents and damage to prongs.
- Discoloration of precious metals due to exposure to chemicals (chlorine, make-up, fragrances, and other harmful chemicals)
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or alterations by unauthorized persons.
- Loss or theft of the jewelry.
At the end of the day, we like to take care of our clients. Your satisfaction is paramount. If you are unsure if something is covered or simply want to polish your piece to have it looking brand new – reach out to us! We will most likely be more than happy to cover it.
Terms and Conditions
– Proof of Purchase: To utilize the Lifetime Warranty, you must provide proof of purchase from Donj Jewellery.
– Inspection: We recommend that you bring your jewelry to us for inspection and maintenance every six months. Regular maintenance ensures the longevity and beauty of your jewelry.
– Personalization: Customized and personalized jewelry is also covered under this warranty, provided they meet the same criteria of craftsmanship and material defects.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To make a warranty claim, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email or phone to initiate your warranty claim. Provide details of the issue along with proof of purchase.
- Assessment: Our team will assess the issue and determine if it falls under the Lifetime Warranty coverage.
- Repair or Replacement: If your claim is approved, we will repair or replace your jewelry piece at no additional cost to you. For repairs not covered under the lifetime warranty, we will provide a quote for the customer’s approval before starting any work.
US & CAN customers can purchase a fully insured shipping label for $40 to send us their jewelry. For international customers, return shipping costs will apply based on the order. We will cover the shipping costs to send your item back to you.

Free Lifetime Diamond Upgrade
Donj Jewellery is delighted to offer a complimentary lifetime upgrade on both our natural and lab-grown diamonds. Any loose natural diamond purchased from us can be exchanged for credit equal to the original purchase price towards a new natural diamond that is at least 1.5 times greater in value. Similarly, any loose lab-grown diamond can be traded in for credit towards a new lab-grown diamond that is at least twice the original value.
To qualify for the upgrade, the diamond must be accompanied by its original documentation and be in a saleable condition. This offer does not extend to colored gemstones, colored natural and lab diamonds, settings, or other jewelry items. The credit for the upgrade excludes any duty or tax paid on the initial purchase, and all applicable duties and taxes will be applied to the full retail price of the new diamond before the credit is applied.
If the upgraded diamond cannot be set in your original engagement ring setting, you can exchange it for a precious metal credit as determined by Donj Jewellery. We also recycle gold or platinum jewelry and provide a credit based on current metal prices.
