Return & Exchange Policy
Initiating Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 45 days. All returns and exchanges can be initiated over the phone by calling 1(855) 498-3665, or by sending an email to [email protected]
Please note, our return and exchange timelines start when your order is ready for shipment or pickup.
Non-Returnable Items:
– Orders outside of the 45-day return window (including Layaway purchases).
– Rings that have been resized or custom designed.
– Engraved items (a CAD 70 fee applies for removing engravings if the item is returned).
– Personalized jewelry, such as name necklaces.
– Items that have been previously exchanged.
– Custom-made jewelry.
– Orders altered during the production process.
Steps for Returning & Exchanging:
- Contact Us: Call 1(855) 498-3665 to receive a free Fedex return shipping label via email.
- Package Your Jewelry: Place your item in its original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, place the jewelry box inside a bubble envelope, seal it, then place it in a FedEx Priority box.
- Prepare Your Package: Seal the box and mark out any old addresses or barcodes. Attach the Fedex label that was sent on your email on the outside of the box.
- Return the Package: Drop off the package at a FedEx Staffed location. Please ensure you obtain a FedEx receipt as proof of shipment, which also serves as proof of insurance. Donj Jewellery and FedEx are not responsible for packages left in drop boxes or non-staffed locations.
Refund Process
After receiving your returned item, our quality assurance team will inspect it to ensure it is in unworn condition. Once confirmed, a refund will be issued.
